The Lone Wanderer can then either kill Anna to avenge their father or simply not tell her they activated the failsafe and allow for her to be killed in Raven Rock's destruction. Before escaping, The Lone Wanderer can find Anna Holt who reveals to them that she was the one who told the Enclave about Project Purity after they kidnapped her and betrayed James just so she can work for them.After The Enclave kidnaps The Lone Wanderer and they make it to President Eden, they can agree with his plan to insert his modified version of the FEV virus into Project Purity so that it kills everyone in the wasteland who is even slightly irradiated, most likely killing thousands in the process, and ruining James' vision for a better capital wasteland.Inside Vault 87, The Lone Wanderer eventually comes across Fawkes locked inside of his room and they can ignore him so that he's stuck inside of a cramped prison for all time, since super mutants can't die of old age, only getting bigger with time.The Lone Wanderer can also allow the Enclave to kill Garza, Alex, and Daniel or even kill them personally just so they won't slow them down.During the escape after the Enclave ambush Project Purity, it's possible to leave Garza behind despite his severe heart problems, causing him to die alone.Additionally, the player could follow through with Braun's games but then betray him anyways by activating the failsafe, trapping Braun within the simulation for all time completely by himself.

During The Lone Wanderer's escape from Vault 101 after James leaves, Butch will run to The Lone Wanderer and beg them to save his mother who's being attacked by Radroaches.The Lone Wanderer can also choose to not only beat up Butch, his gang, and Amata, but also everyone else in the classroom until they're unconscious as long as they don't put down their fists.Instead of helping Amata deal with Butch and his gang who are bullying her right outside the classroom, The Lone Wanderer can instead inform Butch that she's sensitive about her weight so that they can torment her even more, despite the fact that Amata is supposed to be their friend at this point.At just the age of ten years old after receiving their BB gun, The Lone Wanderer can repeatedly shoot their father and Jonas with it just to annoy them.Villainous Acts Fallout 3 Main Story Growing Up Fast 1.1.2.17 You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head.
